Makes a Challenge mode for Spelunky 2 where all bomb and rope spawns are replaced with other items.
1.1 - Made the replacement Item Pool weighted so that better items spawn less often. Made it so the Player Bag that spawns in the Sun Challenge is replaced with the Alien Compass to make sure that the player can't get any bombs.
1.2 - Made it so the player spawns with no bombs or ropes
