Details
Adds a shop to the base camp that sells upgrades that are purchasable from the money earned during runs.
Money is only collected at death and win -- instant restarting loses all money from the run.

Crashes when I enter the door, no idea why. It used to work a couple months ago.
@ChewiestAbyss9 I tried to reproduce that issue and it was working for me. If you happen to have a video of this happening, I can take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
I'm experiencing a bug where the money isn't added to the shop unless when I die I hit return to camp, even with just the quick restart on the death screen
@Lakupanni You have to unlock enough of the base upgrades before the more powerful upgrades are available. I think it's set to 7 upgrades. And you have to leave the shop and re-enter it for them to show up.
In 1.1 you added the powerful upgrades. How do you activate them though? I looked through the code but nothing seemed to indicate how to turn on the extra upgrades.
