Open a window for rating when:

1. exit the online co-op lobby and enter the menu screen.
2. quit from an ongoing run and enter the menu screen.
3. finish a whole run and enter the recap screen.

Display your rating in the online co-op lobby.

Mini update (by Nitroxy)
- Removed the insanely obscuring banner you would be getting if you enter an online lobby with the mod enabled
- You can now access the menu anywhere by opening up the options menu with f5, so you can edit someone's note during the game (it will also automatically update in the online lobby menu)
- Adjusted the colors of grades to have a yellow S, then make the other colors go from green to red
- Removed the "-" from players without a grade or comment
- the "criminal" comment gets displayed as red
