All NPCs (Van Horsing, Beg, Sparrow, Parsnip, Tusk, and Yang) will spawn at the exit of most levels while angry

Works in online

They do not spawn 1-4, 3-1, Abzu, Duat, 6-4, 7-4, or in Cosmic Ocean. (Unless disabled by the option)
