A modification of the Blue LISE with blue Liz bow skin made by SD7. Credits to them for making the skin this was based on, which I then hue shifted and adjusted the face on most of the sprites.

I do eventually want to edit the ghost of this skin as well, but it seems much more difficult, so I haven't gotten around to it. I also want to add cat ears and potentially even a tail at some point, but I cannot say when any of that will happen. If anyone else wants to try working on those by editing this skin, feel free to do so, I'd love to see what could come of these ideas!! I am also open to feedback; I am able to somewhat easily edit (most) of the faces on the sprites so if anything should change let me know!!
