Details
If you miss Beg, he will reappear on the next altar (and so on if you miss him again).
Beg may still die, but if he does he will reappear on the next altar.Works for both the bomb bag encounter and the true crown encounter.
Does not work if you instant warp using Overlunky, since it's reset in the level transition.
