Supports Pilot and Tina

Works in multiplayer

Uses these character mods:
- Helmet-less Pilot by Spudley: https://spelunky.fyi/mods/m/helmet-less-pilot/
- Tina Without Hat by blastosis: https://spelunky.fyi/mods/m/tina-without-hat/

(Will override any character sprites you have installed for Pilot/Tina. Does not work if you spawn in multiple Ankhs using Overlunky. Breaks rope attach sound for Tina/Pilot for some reason.)
