A playable character Mod I did for Roffy that's revamp pretty much his entire look, to make him more lovable a tiny bit more (or not, up to you to judge).
I may update the mod in the next weeks to add some more details (cell shading, for example) or ajust some animations.
The second preview picture is some concepts I did before drawing the sprites. I originally thought giving him sunglasses or a red coat but gave up on it later on.Hope you enjoy!

I personally am a big fan already of his vanilla design, but I gotta give you props for how much effort it seems you've put into this redesign, from the concept art to the sprites, In fact I could totally see him adopting a similar look in a possible future title if he is meant to be some older cool guy
